The English language training was run by Khun Sansern Loahasathid and Khun Treenuch Chaloemkitti with the help of English language lecturers from Phetburi Rajabhat University. The key objective of the training was to teach all present at the training to use of English in their daily life or in their occupations in Hua Hin, the city of tourism. Hence, Hua Hin Municipality on request of Hua Hin Mayor Mr. Jira Phongphaiboon, has assigned Social Welfare Division to organize English training course for Municipality.

Hua Hin City Municipality Office; Mr. Jira Phongphaiboon, Hua Hin Mayor, presided over the opening of English language training for community committees and officers of Hua Hin City Municipality. In attendance at the training were Suwit Riianrungruang, Ph.D. Rungruang Siluangsawat, deputy mayors, Ms. Suda Ratree, municipal clerk, division officers and representative from 35 communities, in total 70 persons.
