Residents from Hua Hin, Cha Am, Phetchaburi and Prachuap Khiri Khan will take part. The candle vigil will start at 20:45 am, the time of royal birth. Participants are invited to gather at main gathering points along Petchkasem Road: Klai Kangwon Palace, Night Market, Clock Tower, Hua Hin Municipality, Hua Hin Market Village. The candle vigil will be transmitted on local radio stations. On 5th December 2010 Hua Hin Municipality together with TAT Office of Prachuap Khiri Khan, TAT Hua Hin / Cha-Am will stage candle vigil on the occassion of 83th birthday of HM the King.
