Hua Hin Clean City project

The Office of Natural Resources and Environment Policy and Planning (NREPP) in cooperation with Prachuap Khirikhan Provincial Governor and Hua Hin City Municipality Office has organized Clean City project. As part of this project both sides of Phetchkasem Road from Hua Hin airport to Pranburi flyover will be free of advertisement billboards which obstruct driving vision.

It has been planned to plant trees and flowers in the middle of the road in various shapes. All electric cables currently hanging will be put underground.

More plants will be also planted in other areas of Hua Hin in order to provide more shady areas and help fight the global warming. More planted trees will help fight car pollution. Residents will be encouraged to use bicycles instead of cars.
