General Manager of Hua Hin Market Village Mr. Yanyong Kanhawatthana has announced that the Hua Hin Market Village is going start Phase II Expansion Project of 5,000 sq.m. in the third quarter of 2008 and will double budget of 20 million Baht on public relation to advertise activities at Hua Hin Market Village and to attract new traders and customers. 

After the third floor expansion is completed Hua Hin Market Village will become the all in one shopping center, serving the demands of its customers from Hua Hin and its vicinity as well as foreigners who have more paying power. At Hua Hin Market Village there is Tesco Lotus, Homepro, SB Furniture, Major Cineplex, Major Bowl Hit & Karaoke, fashion shops and restaurants. Hua Hin Market Village is hopping to attract over 10 million customers per year. 

The economic situation in Thailand is good as the government has activated economy stimulating measures and therefore Hua Hin Market Village has decided to start build the Phase II Expansion Project immediately. Once Phase II Expansion is completed it will blend well the atmosphere of the existing part of the shopping center. 

The area will be divided into IT Zone (computers, mobiles and their accessories), Educational Zone (focusing on education, languages, music) Play Land Zone (toys for children), and Kids Square (baby items).
