On Thursday 23rd October 2008 at 07.00 pm Hua Hin Red Cross together with the Provincial Red Cross and Hua Hin Chief District Officer has organized fair around Naeb-Kehard Road. Among the guest was President of Provincial Red Cross Khun Saeng-Jan Boworn Ratanapran and Provincial Governor Khun Panchai  Boworn Ratanapran.
         
At the beginning of the fair PR Phaka Dechapanya has invited the Governor, President of Provincial Red Cross, Hua Hin Chief District Officer and the organization committee onto the stage. Chief District Officer has announced that this year the annual Red Cross fair will take place during 23 October - 2 November 2008. The fair has been supported by Toyota pick-up,  Suzuki motorbike, refrigerator, microwave, electric fan suppliers.

Then the Governor Khun Panchai  Boworn Ratanapran has thanked Hua Hin residents and local businesses for their support for the Red Cross fair. Tonight over ten thousand residents and tourists came to the fair. All profits from the fair will go toward assistance to local community when natural disaster will occur such as flooding, fire, or to support education fund.

After his speech the Governor, Chief District Officer and the Red-Cross committee members went to cut the ribbon and open the fair. Visitors to the fair had opportunity to see stage performances, do shopping and buy lottery tickets.
