Seawater inundated many houses in Khao Takiab village in Hua Hin. Some small fishing trawlers have been broken. The high waves and the strong winds have frightened Hua Hin's residents. Many shop owners have moved their stock out of their seaside business properties. Many shops will be closed until the weather conditions returned to normal. The Meteorological Department had warned in advance that the sea would be rough in the Gulf of Thailand. Ttourists are warned against playing in the sea.
