General Niwati Minayotin, the Chief commander of Infantry Thanarat Camp and Asia Television & Medias Ltd have arranged the Wetee Thai Festival and Concert to express love for the HM the King by the Kingdom and to enhance the prestige of HM.the King during his 80th birtday anniversary. The organizers of the event have promoted harmony among Thai people, love to the nation, Buddhist religion and HM the King. The Wetee Thai Festival was organized on Saturday 30 June 2007 around the Infantry Regiment at 153 Thanarat Camp. For this occasion General Niwati Minayotin, his wife and the representative of Asia Television have donated 60’000 baht for the coat of mail as a present for the police & soldier who are protecting the south provinces from the opponents. Donations have been made also by Pranburi residents and Khun Fon Thanasoonthorn, the star singer who has donated 5 coats of mail. Thanks to the festival and the spreading news about the coat of mail for the police and soldier, Hua Hin residents intend donate the coat of mail for the police and the soldier too.
