In the occasion of 60th Anniversary Celebrations of His Majesty's Accession to the Throne, there was also “60 sailors for 60 sea miles” (111 km.) as the King used to do in the past. The opening ceremony was performed on July 31, 2024 at Toey Ngarm Beach, Navigayothin Beach, Sattaheep, Chonburi during 17:45-18:45 and welcoming ceremony for those 60 sailors on August 1, 2024 at 17:00, at Chaloemphrakiat Public Park, Hua Hin, Prachuap Khirikhan.
