Many foreign residents who live in Hua Hin and foreign tourists were standing at both sides of Petchakasem Road to see the Loi Krathong parade and take photos. They have enjoyed the night very much. Loi Krathong celebration took place in at Suan Queen 19 rai near Klai Kangwon palace, at Khao Takiab and at community Nong Kae (Hua Hin, soi 106).
