It is expected that the construction of the Hua Hin Provincial Court will be completed by Jan. 19th 2011. Mr. Suphakit has said that the new Hua Hin Provincial Court will be 3-storey building with 6 tribunal benches which can reduce number of cases at Phrachuap Khirikahn Provincial Court. Residents from Hua Hin and Pranburi districts will be able make use the new Hua Hin Provincial Court without wasting their time and going 97 km. to the province anymore in the near future.

On 2nd January 2010 at 10:00 pm., Mr. Suphakit Boonphonthuk, Chief Judge of the Phrachuap Khirikhan Provincial Court, presided over main post-laying ceremony for the new Provincial Court of Hua Hin. The ceremony was performed on state land plot no. Por Khor 319, Chong Pradu Road, constructed by S.P.E. Development Co.Ltd.
