On Tuesday 11 November 2008 time in the afternoon at Naresdamri Room at Hua Hin Municipality Lord Mayor Jira Pongpaibul has called Mountain bike race press conference. In attendence was Vice Mayors Khun Artikhun Bootying and Khun Suvit Reinroong-rueng, representative of Boonrod Trading Khun Kanit Chokesucharti, Khun Somchai Krajubjerm and President of Provincial Trade Department Khun Panchai Kij-charayotin.

Khun Jira has opened to the press conference. He said that the President of the Hua Hin Mountain Bike Club Khun Somchai Krajapjerm will organize the Queen's Cup Tour of Hua Hin 2008. It will take place in the morning on Saturday 29th November 2008 and will start at Phone Kingpet public park. This is the first time Her Majesty the Queen is so kind to present the trophy prize to the winner. Queen's Cup Tour of Hua Hin 2008 will be a great honor for Hua Hin Mountain Bike Club and Hua Hin's residents.
         
Khun Somchai Krajapjerm said that the Hua Hin Mountain Bike Club and Hua Hin Municipality are very greatful to His Majesty the King and the Queen for their loving goodwill and  kindness, for taking care of the nation and for treating it like their own children.

President of Provincial Trade Department Khun Panchai Kij-charayotin said in the meeting, that he would to support to the Queen’s Cup Tour of Hua Hin 2008.
