The Bangkok group has about 70 persons. They came here to study meditation for about 7 - 10 days. They will learn how to meditate when walking and sitting. After seeing the Buddha foot prints in rock we had opportunity to meet Abbot (Luang-tar-Din) in his room. The Abbot said that a group of Muslim has started to live near the sacred place recently and make a lot of noise which disturbs the monks during the meditation periods. The temple committee has notified the government officials but nothing has changed. This place has at the moment status of sacred place (Sum-nak-song) and in near future it will become a temple. Governor of Kanchanaburi Khun Umnart Phakarat has promised to change the status soon. Luang-tar-Din said that at this sacred place there are twenty eight Buddha foot prints which have been in the rock for many thousand years. There is also a cave with pictures at the walls (Mahut-sjan) Photos of the cave pictures have been sent to Tan-Pu-Ying Bootri Wera-waithaya, Vice Secretary of HM King. The committee of the temple wants to invite HM the King and Queen or the Royal Prince and Princess to come to see the sacred foot prints of Buddha.

I have organized trip to visit a sacred place in Sai Yok. I am Abbot Temple Warden ( Pra-Moo-nee-Buddha-Dham) of this sacred place. Our group has 9 persons and we have left Hua Hin at 9am. It took 4 hours to get to there. We are joined by another group from Bangkok. I have visited this sacred place many times before and today we went present robes to Buddhist monks and almost one hundred thousand baht.
