Naresdamri Auditorium,3rd floor, Hua Hin Municiplaity Office - Mr. Suwit Rianrungruang, deputy mayor has presided over the Seminar of Customer Rights Protection Volunteers on telecommunication. In attendance at the seminar were Mr. Prapha Norathos, vice municipal council president, Mrs. Anchalee Bua Ngarm, the president of Hua Hin Customer Protection Network and 50 volunteers. During the seminar Mr. Sophol Na Kwan, Prachuap Khirikhan Customer Rights Protection on Telecommunications has spoken about objectives of the seminar. He spoke Customer Rights Protection and has shown video on Customer Rights Protection on Telecommunications Institute. Mr. Sophol said that for the first time the seminar was held in Hua Hin District in order to provide information on customer right on telecommunication services and products such as telephones, mobile phones or internet. He said that in the past customer’s rights were ignored by service providers; therefore it was so important that the customers should be helped. For this reason Assistance and Complaint Center has been established in 8 districts of Prachuap Khirikhan Province, with 200 officers, during Jan - Mar 2010 for all residents living in these areas.
