After graduation from a university, in the Faculty of Arts, Khun Tawee Kesa-Ngarm has chosen settle down in Hua Hin. He has used Baan Silapin as the arts center for several years, now know as Baan Silapin Hua Hin Sinlapa Wanasathan.

This art center houses a lot works of art created by famous artists such as artist Warongsan Latthi who created 30 oil paintings on canvas. His paintings are based on his life experience show fishermen who live beside the sea. 

Khun Tawee Kesa-Ngarm, Ubonratchathani native was born on Feb. 28, 1965. He graduated from Ubonratchathani Vocational College and then the Faculty of Fine arts from Chulalongkorn University. After his graduation, he has devoted himself to arts since 1981. He has joined a group of Hua Hin artists at the Baan Silapin Art Center. Khun Tawee Kesa-Ngarm is married to Mrs. Wannawimol Kasa-Ngarm who is a well-skilled artist. She paints at Baan Silapin and teaches general public painting skills. 

On June 29, 2008, Hua Hin Mayor Mr. Jira Phongphaiboon has presided over the art exhibition titled “Sea life”. At the exhibition were on display painting created by artist Warongsan Latthi. During the event, the artist has shown to his painting and invited the Mayor and other guests to paint on the canvas. 

The Provincial Administration provides annual budget of THB. 200,000 to support the art center.  Khun Tawee Kesa-Ngarm has said that the Baan Silapin Art Center is ready to welcome anyone interested in art. Many of the painting created at the center are available for sale at a very reasonable price.
