Fisherman's Wharf Restaurant is located on the Naresdamri Road and at the corner of Chomsin Road. Fisherman's Wharf specialises in preparing local seafood using European and American recipes. The restaurant has a very large deck, and an air-conditioned interior,
surrounded by large plate glass windows. Fisherman's Wharf has a nautical
theme running throughout, from the steel doors complete with portholes,
to the large Thai fishing vessel suspended from the deck roof. The furniture
is teak throughout. The bar is reminiscent of an old fashioned seafood
stall found on many seafronts in England. The main courses are varied Lobster Ravioli served with two cheese cream sauce and crisp-skinned Sea Bass topped with a prawn and caper beurre noisette. Fresh Tuna Loin is grilled and drizzled with Tokyo Joe's teriyaki sauce. Moules Mariniere steamed with garlic, cream, and white wine, accompanied with French fries and mayonnaise, the Belgian Way. Fisherman's Pie is very traditional with chanrs of cod, prawns and crab in a parsley cream sauce, topped with mashed potatoes, and melted cheddar cheese, also traditional are the fish and chips, crispy beer batter and french fries. Tenderloin of pork medallions are pan-fried an an apple, cream and calvados sauce. Chined lamb cutlets are grilled, and served on creamed, scallion mashed potatoes, and then drizzled with roast garlic, and rosemary gravy.
