Khun Bongkarn has informed all present that the intention is to make the announcement about Amazing Prachuap Khiri Khan 2008 campaign during press conference and to repeat this announcement in local radio stations, newspapers and websites related to Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. During the meeting there was a discussion how to organize the launch of the Amazing Prachuap Khiri Khan 2008 campaign. It has been suggested that during the launch of the campaign some roads in Hua Hin will be blocked and traffic re-directed from 06.00 pm until 01.00 am only. From the north traffic from Petchakasem Rd will turn left to Domrongrat Rd and from the south traffic from Petchakasem Rd will turn left to Sou Mae Kep Rd. This central section of Petchakasem Rd will be turned into vehicles free zone where many shows on stage for Hua Hin residents and tourists will take place. The whole area will become a night market place where tourists will be able to taste local food and buy souvenirs. The Wing Commander of the Air Force wing will send a plane at 3pm before the opening ceremony to fly low over area with Amazing Prachuap Khiri Khan 2008 banner. Chief District Officer Khun Prasit Boonlikit has advised that the final planning meeting for the Amazing Prachuap Khiri Khan 2008 campaign will take place on 21 December.

On 18 December 2007 Governor Khun Prasong Pitulkisja with the help of the two Vice Governors Khun Bongkarn Limpapan and Khun Pisit Soonthreerat has arranged a meeting to discuss the launch of Amazing Prachuap Khiri Khan 2008 campaign in order to increase tourist’s arrival to the Prachuap Khiri Khan Province.
