Hua Hin artists, members of the Baan Silapin group have organized auction of their painting. All the money raised during the auction will be donated to schools and teachers working in the South. During the auction seven paintings have been sold. Princess Royal Siriphajuthaporn spoke about art teachers working in the south provinces in very dangerous conditions. Many of them have been killed while working in the South. Princess Royal Siriphajuthaporn has viewed all the painting on display at Baan Silapin and gave her support to the fundraising paintings auction.

On 22 September 2007 HM King Bhumibol's granddaughter Princess Royal Siriphajuthaporn has visited Baan Silapin. She was welcomed by the owner of Baan Silapin Khun Thawee Kesangarm, Vice Gorvernor Khun Pongsak Plaives, Chief District Officer Khun Prasit Boonlikit and local residents.
