Provincial Governor Khun Parnchai Borwornratanapran has opened the meeting. Khun Kanueng has thanked the governor for supporting the character building camp and the program of teaching school children from their early age the proper behavior so later on in their adult life they will become good citizens. He said that in the age of technology Thai children are continuously exposed to all sort of information from around the world. Some of the information is of a crime nature and has bad influence on the children. There are six schools in the province with drug problems and crime committed by school children. Situation in these schools must be improved and number of school children will attend the character building camp organized by the Provincial Education Department. Governor Parnchai Borwornratanapran said that he is pleased that the Provincial Department 1st Zone of Primary Education lead by Khun Kanueng Yoyprasertsoot came with the initiative to organize the character building camps which will teach children and students how to say no to drugs and crime.
