Mr. Sophol said that for the first time the seminar was held in Hua Hin District in order to provide information on customer right on telecommunication services and products such as telephones, mobile phones or internet. He said that in the past customer’s rights were ignored by service providers; therefore it was so important that the customers should be helped. For this reason Assistance and Complaint Center has been established in 8 districts of Prachuap Khirikhan Province, with 200 officers, during Jan - Mar 2010 for all residents living in these areas.
