On 16 July 2009 Hotel, Deputy Mayor of Hua Hin Ph.D. Rungrote Siluangsawat has presided over the opening of Educational Standards seminar At Wannara Hua Hin. In attendance at the seminar was Miss Namthip Sudsaengchan, deputy municipal clerk of Hua Hin, Mr. Praphat Chanphiwat, Director of Education Section, school directors and teachers, in total 90 persons. 
The main objective of the seminar was to lecture school directors and teachers on developing learning process as well as educational quality & standards for educational evaluation. Moreover some schools which did not pass educational evaluation surely will pass after the seminar.
