Governor of Prachuapkhirikhan has briefed all present that there is plan to build Heritage Resort & Condominium near Hard-sai-yai Garden which is part of HM the King residence. The Heritage Resort & Condominium will have two units seven floors high with 460 rooms. All present need to review scrupulously the plans for the construction of Heritage Resort & Condominium because HM the King and Queen regularly relax in the Hard-sai-yai Garden. Chief of Military Staff of Infantry Center Colonel Ongart Kuli has explained the military rules for the protection of HM the King and Queen. He said that the surrounding area of the palace is very important from the security point of view. During the discussion it has been that Police Commander will arrange a helicopter on 4 March 2008 which will all concern in the case for an aerial view inspection of the area where the Heritage Resort & Condominium is going be build. Public Work Officer Khun Pichet Panahpong said that he will collect each data and information from the meeting and will present it to the Governor for review before the aerial viewing inspection will take place. Gerneral Nopdol Watrotai has advised that each division officer should think about security arrangments around klai Kangwon Palace and report to the next meeting about their concerns. Public Work Officer Khun Pichet Panahpong said that he will send a letter the chairmen of the Parnampran Management in which he will advice that the construction Heritage Resort & Condominium Hua Hin project has to stop temporally until permission for the construction is issued.
