Khun Payoong Uklin has explained to all administration managers that at the moment the provincial administration is slow and this needs to change if the provincial goverment wants to be efficient. Provincial administration managers need to modernise and this seminar will help them do that.
The chair of the seminar Vice Governor Khun Pongsak Plaivet has invited a lecturer from the Rachapat University to teach and advise during the seminar. Khun Pongsak has expressed his satisfaction that all the administration managers have managed attend the seminar. He said that he is confident that the provincial administration will make necessary changes in order to be able to provide very good service. The seminar will provide training using “Acting technique” of management in order to develop management condition to use full potential of administration staff. The provincial goverment has new strategic plans and change in working practises that will allow administration torespond fast to residents needs.
