During 15 – 17 April 2010, under the responsibility of Provincial Office and with cooperation of Baan Sillapin Arts Gallery, Cicada Market and VIC Hua Hin will take place 1st Hua Hin Art Festival.
Hua Hin Arts Festival 2010 has been agreed by government sectors in order to restore economy in accordance with Thai Khem Kaeng National Economic Operation Plan 2012 and to highlight arts in cultural social and economic aspects linking all sides for unity.
Office of the Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Culture has been assigned to proceed “Creative Cultural Art Festival Project” in 15 strategic provinces; Chiang Mai, Naan, Phayao, Chiang Rai, Phissanulok, Khon Kaen, Udonthani, Roi Et, Ubonratchathani, Phranakhonsri Ayutthaya, Ratchaburi, Chonburi, Phuket, Suratthani and Prachuap Khirikhan.
Objectives
- To open creativity area expressing cultural stability
- To support and promote arts in developing society in other aspects
- To value economy with value of arts
- To promote tourism

- Natives of Prachuap Khirikhan and Phetchaburi Provinces
- Thai and foreign tourists
