At the beginning of the seminar Deputy Mayor Mr. Athikul Bootying spoke about objectives of the seminar. Next Public Health Official from Ratchaburi Health Center 4th Mr. Weerasak Rojana-srirat gave a lecturer on governmental food safety policy, continuous food safety campaign, focusing on clean food and hygiene policy and reducing risk of food poisoning.
The Mayor spoke about main roles of food entrepreneurs and improving standard of food safety of Hua Hin. He hoped that all seminar participants will improve food safety standard in their restaurants to ensure Thai or oversea clients’ trust in their service.

At Imperial Hua Hin Beach Resort Hotel, Mr.Jira Phongphaiboon, Hua Hin Mayor, presided over the opening ceremony of “Clean Food Good Taste 2009” award. At the award were present with Hua Hin Municipal Council members, officers from Municipal Public Health Section, food, hotel and restaurant entrepreneurs. In total 200 persons took part in this event. The seminar was divided into morning and afternoon sessions.
After the seminar, Hua Hin Mayor gave “Clean Food Good Taste” for year 2009 to restaurants owner in the municipal area.
