Opening of New Election Office and Library for PrachuabkhirikhanOn Friday 25 July 2008 at 10.00am Director of Election Committee Khun Warothai Naewbantad and his staff has arranged opening ceremony of the new Election Office and Library for Prachuabkhirikhan Province. Khun Sumate Ubpanisakorn member of Election Committee Bangkok Office has presided over the opening ceremony.

At the opening ceremony were present nine Buddhist monks from Klaikangvon Temple to pray and bless the new building. In attendance were many invited guests; Governor, Vice Governor, Chief Judge, Chief Police Commander, Commerce Chief Officer and local residents.

Khun Sumate Ubnisakorn has lit candle and incense at the beginning of the ceremony and then the priests have started to pray by reciting prayers for about half an hour. Next Khun Khun Korm-Papa Wongpin (member of Election Committee) spoke about the old office which was located at Provincial Department since 29 July 1998 but now the new we have new will provide better working environment.

Khun Parnchai Bowornratanapran Provincial Governor has Khun Sumate Upanisakorn for coming to the opening ceremony for opening. The Prachaupkhirikan Province is very large. It is 235 kilometers long from Hua Hin District to Bang Saparn Noy District and anly 10.45 wide around Singkorn area. Hua Hin is the tourist town and represents the province.

Khun Sumate Upanbsakorn a leader of this ceremony has a speech very pleased so much coming this time to open a new building of election committee office, and thanks all the chief of government officials which have participated to support our staff all the time. After the opening ceremony all the VIPs has a lunch.
