Easarn means North - East province of Thailand. Khun Pensri has welcomed all guests. Almost two thousand of Esarn people have attended the festival. They were seated at about four hundred tables. All guests wore traditional Thai dresses. She has also welcomed foreign guests. She said 'they are our sons in law', as there are many Hua Hin foreign residents married to woman from Esarn. Chief District Officer Khun Prasit Boonlikit during his speech said that Hua Hin Easarn Festival is a great party not to be missed. He has congratulated chairman of the Sampan Club Khun Pensri Suthiprachaya for her organizational skills. Through out the evening Thai traditional dances from Easarn were performed by group of dancers from Roi-ed Province.

On Thursday 22 November 2007 Chief District Officer Khun Prasit Boonlikit has opened Hua Hin Esarn Festival at Sampan Club. The festival has been organized by chairman of the Sampan Club Khun Pensri Suthiprachaya. This year it is the third Hua Hin Esarn Festival.
