She said that in her case the building work is incomplete, the contract has been breached together with embezzlement of her funds amounting to approximately 5 million baht and theft of both money and site equipment valued at approximately 100,000 baht. She has made allegations that the fraud has been committed by a Mr. K. M. M. know as 'Mitch' and his partner Ms S. P. know as 'Supa'. Ms Pauline understands that he has other members of his family involved (brothers G.M. and S.M) in property development in Pattaya.
Ms Pauline has substantial proof both via paper work and computer information download of their crimes and has paid a professional surveyor from Bangkok to survey her property / site and estimate its value in its current state. This estimate clearly shows a deficit of five million baht. This appears to be a criminal court case. She intends to provide more evidence and then Loong Tuck will notify Hua Hin Police station soon. Mrs. Pauline Bratcher said has asked to post her story in the local newspaper and on www.huahinexpat.com website to warn other foreigners about 'Mitch'. Pauline Bratcher can be contacted on paulinebratcher@hotmail.com Related story: http://blogs.mirror.co.uk/investigations/2002/06/wish-they-were-here.html
