Governor Khun Panchai Borwornratanapran has opened Hua Hin Vintage Car Parade. He has welcomed all owner of the vintage cars who have arrived from Bangkok. As every year this a major tourist attraction in Hua Hin. Almost one thousand guests attended the party at Market Village. On hand there was music band playing during the party. On Saturday 13 December 2008 at 07.00 p.m. General Manager of Sofitel Centara Resort Mr.Remko Krosen has arranged dinner party to welcome participants of the Hua Hin Vintage Car Parade 2008. During the opening ceremony Khun Remko spoke about preparation for this year Christmas and the Vintage Car Parade 2008 which took place on Saturday in the afternoon on Petchakasem Road. About 50 vintage cars took part in parade around Hua Hin town. Some of the cars were about 100 years old. He has thanked car owners for taking part in the parade. Next to the stage took Vice Governor Khun Pisit Soontrirat. Khun Pisit said that this year Hua Hin Vintage Car Parade was very successful. He has thanked Khun Kaweanchai Papatpong chairman of the Vintage Club for his help in preparation of this annual event. After the opening ceremony all guests have enjoyed the party. There was a lot of food, soft drinks, liquors and wines.

On Friday 12 December and Saturday 13 December 2008 took place annual Hua Hin Vintage Car Parade. On Friday in the evening at the front of Hua Hin Market Village General Manager Khun Yanyong Kanhawattana together with Hua Hin Hotelier Club has arranged 30 food stands selling sea food at low price.
