Equipped with 5 telescopes they have prepared themselves to observe this astronomical phenomenon. After midnight, when the sky became clear Leonid Meteor shower could be easily seen on the sky. The first Leonid in Hua Hin was seen at 01:04. About 31 Leonids per hour could be seen until 05:00. There were eventually 127 Leonids seen in Hua Hin. Other provinces in Thailand could observe the Leonid Meteor shower too, except some areas covered with cloud; Doi Inthanon, Chian Mai, Chachoengsao, Saraburi and the South of Thailand.
