Khun Tuck together with Hua Hin Municipality is working very hard in order to make sure that Hua Hin is a pleasant place to live for everybody. Unfortunately there are foreign individuals who run businesses which cheat their clients. We post an example of Khun Patricia and Khun Robert Buxton who came to my office (59/52 Soi Hua Na Village Tambol Naongkae, Hua Hin District). Khun Patricia explained that she has agreed to buy a house and lease the land. The local foreigner Developer selling the house does not want to complete the contract. Khun Patricia has tried many times to see this Developer but he said he has no money even though that Khun Patricia has paid the sum of 9 million Baht. Khun Patricia has shown Khun Tuck all documents and some pictures. Now she is collecting some more documents and “buy & sell" contract as per Thai law and will notify the police.
