Update: On the day of the event, Mr. Jira Phongphaiboon, Hua Hin Mayor, has presided over the opening ceremony at 11.30 and closing ceremony at 17.30. Among guests at the event was Deputy Mayors Ph.D. Rungrote Siluangsawat and Khun Suwit Rianrungruang, Director of TAT Prachuap Khirikhan Khun Pinnart Charoenphol, Tourist Police Inspector Pol.Lt.Col.
