At the beginning of the meeting Social Welfare Officer 5 Mrs. Nuchawadee Daankhunchan, Clerical Officer 5 Ms. Tuanjai Chanthamit and Clerical Officer 1 Mrs. Chonthicha Raksat were introduced. On the agenda of the meeting were 25 issues to be considered and questioned by Municipal Council. Among others there was discussion on following issues:
These motions were all voted and passed by councilors without any problem. Some councilors have made additional comments and amended some details on some of the issues discussed during the meeting.

The Third General Municipal Councilors Meeting of 2009 took place at the Naresdamri Auditorium of Hua Hin Municipal Office. The meeting has been opened by the President of Municipal Council Mr.Pathom Phukdam. In attendance at the meeting was Hua Hin Mayor Mr. Jira Phongphaiboon, Deputy Mayors Mr. Athikhun Bootying, Mr. Suwit Rianrungruang and Ph.D. Rungrote Siluaengsawat, Hua Hin Mayor’s adviser Mr. Phairote Makmoo, Hua Hin Mayor’s Secretary Mr. Sura-At Narongrit and municipal councilors from three zones of Hua Hin District and members of the local press.
