During the event Mr. Jira Phongphaiboon, Hua Hin Mayor has presided over the opening ceremony, with Mr. Athikun Bootying, deputy mayor giving a report. In attendance were also Ph.D. Rungrote Siluangsawat, deputy mayor, municipal council members and other guests. Mr. Montri Phekanan, the director of PPTA gave sex education lecture on Valentine’s Day for teenagers. The main objective of the campaign is to prevent sexual transmitted diseases because Hua Hin is the famous resort town with a lot of bars, nightclubs and restaurants around, therefore preventing measures are so important to teenagers especially on Valentine’s Day as it might be a risky occasion for sexual transmitted diseases. This campaign has focused on “New Generation against AIDS”.
