At the same time three Directors General have retired; Mrs Tuenjai Mahothorn, Mrs Rapeepan Promprasert and Miss Arree Prayulwong. For the farewell party Khun Pralom Kashane has invited judges from eight provinces. During the party there were many shows and dances. The most popular was bear dance. Khun Withaya gave a speech to the judges present at the farewell party. He has thanked all for the farewell party and has promised that once he settles at the Court of Appeal, he will visit every court in District No 7.

On Saturday 21 September 2007 at Majestic Golf Club Chief Judge Khun Pralom Kashane together with other judges have arranged a farewell party for Director General of District Court No 7 Khun Withaya Yingwiriyah who has been promoted and transfer to Appeal Court.
