The train carriage library in public area next to Hua Hin railway station has been possible thanks to cooperation between SRT and Prachuap khirikhan Province and will provide library for local residents, students and tourists. The library will be located in the used train carriage RT WEST, size 2.90 x 20 m. Hua Hin District will landscape the area and install lamp posts and fences. At the moment, the project has been be completed in 70%. Rail track has been build and plants have been planted. The conversion of two used carriages into library will take place shortly. Mr. Jira Phongpahiboon, the Mayor, assigned Mr. Sutthiphol Sudsanoh, Mr. Jirawat Prammanee, deputy municipal clerks, and Mr. Udom Anantachina, the director of Public Works Section, with 20 workmen and SRT officers to landscape the crossroad area as part of the Train Carriage Library Project.
