Chef Susie received training in Southern Italian Cooking including Sicily and Italian Coast at Italian Culinary Institute for Advance Culinary and Pastry Arts in Calabria, Italy, then move to Paris where she was trained with Michelin Star Chef, Michael Roth at Ecole Ritz Escoffier, a cooking school of The Ritz Paris Hotel. Before returning to Thailand, Chef Susie had specialized training in Riviera Cuisine at the Alain Ducasse Training Centre in Argenteuil. She also trained with Andrea Voltolina, the renowned Italian Pastry World Champion Chef, in Padova, Italy. Prior to this appointment, Chef Susie was an Executive Chef at De Naga Hotel Chiang Mai.
