Like every year, the event is organised by the Hua Hin Hotelier's Club and Vintage Car Club of Thailand with the support of Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) and Hua Hin City Municipality. The proceeds generated from the event will be donated to the Chai Pattana Foundation. About 50 well preserved vintage cars of the '30s and '40s will leave Sofitel Centara Grand Bangkok on 17 December at 8am for Hua Hin and will arrive to Sofitel Centara Grand Resort & Villas Hua Hin at 5pm. On the way, there will be stops in Nakhon Pathom and Phetchaburi for sightseeing. There will be live entertainment and welcome dinner at the Market Village with a 50m long buffet with 50 dishes cooked by chefs from Hua Hin's five star hotels. Charge to members of the publick is 250Baht per person. On 18th December the parade will visit Mrigadayavan Palace. In the afternoon, between 2-4pm, members of the public will be able to ride a rare vintage car at the price of 250 baht per trip. At 4:30pm the parade will tour Hua Hin with all participants dress up in period costumes. Cocktail reception and a gala dinner will be held afterwards. Tickets for the gala dinner cost 2,500 baht per person. Llive band, charity auctions, period costume competition and lucky draws will take place.
